Waves Curry Sauce is a perfect blend of flavors which changes the everyday dish into an enjoyable experience in 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- One rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup bellpeppers
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup waves curry sauce
- 4 cups cubed potatoes
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
- 3 tbs waves scotch bonnet pepper(optional)
Directions
- Debone the chicken (take all the meat of the bone)
- Cut the meat into small cubes
- Place a large saucepan over medium heat add the oil when the oil is hot add the onions,garlic, and sweet peppers until translucent
- Place the cubed potatoes and the water in the saucepan cover and simmer for 6 minutes
- Add chicken ,salt and waves curry sauce stir well making sure all the ingredients is coated with the sauce, cover and cook for 4 minutes or until the chicken is heated stirring occasionally to prevent the potatoes from sticking
- This is served over rice or pasta
- *you can cut the chicken into pieces instead of deboning
