CURRY CHICKEN AND POTATOES

Waves Curry Sauce is a perfect blend of flavors which changes the everyday dish  into an enjoyable experience in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • One rotisserie chicken 
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup bellpeppers
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup waves curry sauce
  • 4 cups cubed potatoes
  • 2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 3 tbs waves scotch bonnet pepper(optional)

Directions

  1. Debone the chicken (take all the meat of the bone)
  2. Cut the meat into small cubes
  3. Place a large saucepan over medium heat add the oil when the oil is hot add the onions,garlic, and sweet peppers until translucent 
  4. Place the  cubed potatoes and the water in the saucepan cover and  simmer for 6 minutes 
  5. Add chicken ,salt and waves curry sauce stir well making sure all the ingredients is coated with the sauce, cover and cook for 4 minutes or until the  chicken is heated stirring occasionally  to prevent the potatoes from sticking 
  6. This is served over rice or pasta
  7. *you can cut the chicken into pieces instead of deboning
