Waves jerk sauce can give the dinner table an exquisite feeling in 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 lemon squeeze
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 11/2 cups waves jerk sauce
- I tsp salt
- ½ cup water
Directions
- Debone the chicken (take the meat off the bone)
- With a fork shred the chicken (you can use your hand)
- In a large skillet saute the onions in the oil until translucent
- Add the shredded chicken, the jerk sauce and water,stir till the chicken is coated you may add more jerk sauce if needed,
- Let simmer for 10 minutes
- This can be served on a baked potato (which can be microwaved for 10 minutes) or over rice
